What do hosts provide?

The host provides the location, tables, chairs, and adults that will learn strategies, then practice new skills by helping our team run the festival.

How do we reserve a date

A 10% deposit saves your week on the calendar even if you aren’t positive which day of the week you’ll choose.

What does AoS provide?

On Site Event Facilitator for your group’s one-of-a-kind custom event. Our STEM specialist works alongside your newly trained volunteers or staff to create an unforgettable experience for everyone!

Media Files include letters and templates for media, family outreach, and text for grant and funding efforts.

Printing of materials, banners, signs, and training guides.

Training of your choice from subject-matter focus to pedagogy or STEM and STEAM event management.

Activity Station materials, measurement kits, and print needs.

Themes give any room a festival atmosphere with photo background, table signage, table covers, and balloons.

Resources are open to your newly trained staff and may be used to supplement learning for classes, camps, clubs, or more STEM celebrations.
